In this 14 day programme you will learn to challenge yourself and overcome adversity in the form of temptation. The requirement is simple, you are to abstain from: - Caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, energy drinks - Sugary snacks such as Chocolate, sweets, sugary soft drinks, alcohol - Coloured drinks - Only water is to be consumed within the cleanse - Processed meat and pastries - No ready meals, takeaways, pasties, doughnuts Fulfilling foods such as broccoli, greek yoghurt, bananas, oatmeal, berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, Quinoa, eggs, white meat (chicken, fish) are some of the foods I advise eating during the cleanse in order to help resist temptation to snack on sugary foods. You will resist temptation and reprogram your subconscious to avoid consuming food and drink that are not good for the mind and body. Upon completion of this challenge you will discover a newer and improved version of your psyche which will then convert to further success to your training and relationship with food.
